I'm a PhD researcher at UCL Interaction Centre. My research focuses on well-being technologies - with a special interest in expression and communication. My main areas of work are in personal informatics (wearables, journalling, and social apps) and human-AI interaction.
I run No Blank Space, building Amulet, an app for social journalling with metaphors of energy to nurture support networks; and Tabs, an overwhelm-friendly task manager. Iβm also a founder of Mesm, a platform for immersive mixed reality city-wide storytelling.

There's a podcast I'm working on with my friend Jenn called User Therapy. Its about the identity and culture crisis of the tech industry and its employees, but in a chill lounge-esque vibe. We're both academics, but work closely with industry.
I am a contributor on the newsletter The Social Innovator, where I write about tech and culture.
I'm writing a sci-fi novel actually, which you can read an intro of on a secret page.
